Queen Street closed in city’s east end after pedestrian struck by vehicle

Toronto police are on the scene of a pedestrian-involved collision near Queen Street East and Logan Avenue.

A pedestrian has been rushed to hospital via trauma run following a collision in the city’s east end.

It happened near Queen Street East and Logan Avenue at around 7:15 a.m.

Police said there are reports that a pedestrian was struck by a truck, suffering serious injuries.

The pedestrian is currently in hospital in non-life-threatening condition.

Queen Street East is closed at Logan Avenue for the collision investigation.
