Toronto police have made a second arrest in the 2009 shooting of 36-year-old Johnny Gewarges Youkhana.

Youkhana was shot outside Golden Touch Spa on Milvan Drive at around 3 a.m. on Jan. 3, 2009.

A month after the murder, police arrested 22-year-old Augusto Charlery. Charlery was initially charged with first-degree murder but later pleaded guilty to second-degree murder in April 2012.

A second suspect was arrested at Toronto Pearson International Airport on Tuesday, police said in a news release.

The 24-year-old man was taken into custody without incident.

Authorities had identified suspect Ali Raza on a Canada-Wide arrest warrant back in 2009. At the time, detectives said they believed that the man had fled to Pakistan.

Raza faces a first-degree murder charge.

The suspect is expected to make a court appearance Wednesday morning.
