Investigators have released surveillance images of two suspects after a gold chain was ripped from the neck of a man inside the Dundas subway station last month.

Police said that on Aug. 18 at 11:15 p.m., two male suspects entered Dundas Station and approached a 25-year-old man.

Investigators say the suspects ripped a gold chain off the victim’s neck.

They then fled the scene in an unknown direction.

The chain had the victim’s father’s wedding band attached to it, police said.

The first suspect is described as a black male between 20 and 25 years-old.

He stands between five-foot-eight and six-foot-one inches tall and has a medium build. He wears his black hair in cornrows.

He was last seen wearing a black and white bandana on his head, a black long-sleeve shirt with white stitching, dark jeans and light coloured shoes.

The second suspect is a black male between the ages of 20 and 25, standing between five-foot-six and five-foot-ten inches tall with a medium build. He wore his black hair in short braids.

He was last seen wearing a blue long-sleeve shirt with two white lateral stripes on the chest area, black Adidas pants and black running shoes.
