In response to easing fuel prices, several airlines are dropping the fee for passengers checking in more than one bag.
Air Canada says it will drop the fee that they imposed in the spring when fuel prices were soaring.
However, the airline says it will also begin including fuel surcharges in fares advertised for North American flights.
Westjet announced this afternoon they are dropping fuel surcharges effective immediately.
Porter Airlines also plans to do away with their fuel surcharges as stand-alone fees
