BOSTON - Jose Bautista singled in the go-ahead run in a four-run seventh inning, and the Toronto Blue Jays deepened the misery of the struggling Boston Red Sox with a 7-6 victory.

The Red Sox are 2-and-10, to match their poorest start in history,

Boston managed only five hits -- two of them were third inning home runs off of starter Brett Cecil -- as the Sox took a 3-0 lead.

Toronto tied it on Corey Patterson's two-run double in the fifth and Travis Snider's R-B-I double in the sixth.

Bobby Jenks started the seventh for Boston and allowed all four runs, as the Jays grabbed a 7-3 lead.

The Red Sox scored three in the eighth, before Jon Rauch pitched the ninth for his third save.
