TORONTO - Canadian soccer coach Stephen Hart has called up two newcomers for upcoming World Cup qualifying games against St. Lucia and Puerto Rico.

The two new faces are midfielder Joseph Di Chiara and fullback Ashtone Morgan.

Di Chiara, a 19-year-old from Thornhill, Ont., plays professionally in the Russian Premier League for FC Krylia Sovetov Samara (Soviet Wings).

The 20-year-old Morgan plays for Toronto FC.

Canada is 2-0 after winning its opening two matches in the second stage of CONCACAF qualifying.

The Canadian men play in St. Lucia on Oct. 7 before hosting Puerto Rico at BMO Field in Toronto on Oct. 11.
