After last week's sudden and dramatic rise in gas prices, drivers finally got a break at the pumps.
Last night, gas prices dropped 10 cents to about $1.29 a litre from $1.38 at most stations across the GTA.
Last Friday, fuel prices jumped 13 cents a litre, mainly due to concerns about Hurricane Ike causing damage to Gulf Coast oil rigs. Oil prices are closed today at $94 a barrel.
Drivers lined up at the pumps last Thursday night to fill up before the price hike.
