All westbound lanes of Highway 401 have reopened near Guelph after a serious collision on Friday morning.
Police said a car and transport truck collided in the westbound lanes of the highway west of Highway 6 North in Puslinch.
One driver was rushed to a trauma centre with serious injuries, police said.
