A 50-year-old man is in life-threatening condition after being struck by a vehicle in North York overnight.
It happened at Lawrence Avenue East and Don Mills Road around 9:20 p.m.
Police said the man was walking on the west pedestrian crossing on Lawrence Avenue East when struck by a silver Toyota sedan driven by a 34-year-old woman.
The pedestrian was taken to the hospital with serious injuries, Toronto Paramedic Services said.
Meanwhile, the driver of the vehicle remained at the scene.
