Occupants of 2 vehicles taken to the hospital following Scarborough collision

The occupants of two vehicles went to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries following a collision late Sunday afternoon in Scarborough.

The crash happened near Victoria Park Avenue and Steeles Avenue East.

Toronto police said they were called to that area just after 5 p.m. for reports of a two-vehicle collision in the intersection.

Roads in that area were temporarily closed as police investigated, but have since re-opened.
