A woman allegedly stole a luxury watch after a date at a downtown Toronto hotel earlier this month.
Toronto police said they were called to a hotel located in the area of Wellington Street West and Blue Jays Way at around 2 p.m. on Jan. 6.
Officers said the suspect and complainant went out on a date before the woman allegedly took his watch, valued at more than $5,000.
After conducting a search warrant at a home in Etobicoke, in the area of Lake Shore Boulevard West and Park Lawn Road, police said they allegedly seized many luxury items, but did not provide further details.
Police said Bianca Azaria Bourne-Nikolajev, 30, is wanted in connection with the theft. They describe her as five-foot-eight with a thin build and black hair.
Investigators are looking to find the owners of the luxury items that were found, and ask anyone who may have been a victim to contact police.
Police are asking anyone with information to contact them or Crime Stoppers anonymously.
