Toronto police have released images of three suspects wanted in connection with an assault and robbery at a downtown hotel on Saturday morning.
Police said one person was waiting to check into the hotel on Bay Street and Adelaide Street West when he became involved in a verbal argument with three people ahead in line.
The altercation turned physical, and the trio allegedly assaulted the person.
“During the assault, the victim had his personal property stolen,” police said. The suspect shortly fled the hotel.
In a news release on Wednesday, police released images of the three suspects who are believed to be 28 to 35 years old.
One suspect is described as having a medium build, short black spiky hair, and a black beard. He was last seen wearing a black puffy jacket with white writing “SUPREME” across the chest, a black t-shirt with a red AMIRI logo on the left breast and on the back, and blue jeans.
The second suspect has a medium build, short black curly hair with a fade on the sides and back, and a short black beard. He was last seen wearing a white t-shirt, a black quarter-zip sweater unzipped, black pants, and a stud earring in his right ear.
The third suspect is believed to have a thin build and a short black beard and was last seen wearing a black t-shirt with “BALENCIAGA” written across the chest, a white or grey hoodie unzipped with the hood up, grey faded jeans with rips on both pant legs, white sneakers, and glasses with thin metallic frames.
Police are asking anyone with information to contact them or Crime Stoppers anonymously.
