A 65-year-old woman is dead after being struck by the driver of a vehicle in a parking lot in North York on Tuesday morning.
The incident occurred near 1090 Don Mills Road at around 10:40 a.m., police said in a press release Tuesday.
The 45-year-old driver was making a right turn on Pabst Lane, and the victim was using a crosswalk when she was struck.
The 65-year-old was pronounced deceased on scene.
Police said the driver remained at the scene.
