Two people are in hospital following a three-car crash in Port Perry, Ont., Tuesday morning.
Ontario Provincial Police said they were called to the scene on Highway 7A and Island Road just before 7 a.m.
Images from the crash posted to social media show two of the cars involved were heavily damaged. Two people sustained non-life-threatening injuries.
Police said the highway was closed, but has since reopened. The cause of the collision is under investigation.
