A Toronto woman is wanted for second-degree murder in connection with a fatal North York brawl in which a man was struck by a vehicle earlier this month.

In a news release, officials say officers responded to a call for unknown trouble in the Keele Street and Wilson Avenue area at around 6 a.m. on June 14.

Investigators allege a group of people were fighting in the area when a 32-year-old man was assaulted and struck by a vehicle.

Life-saving measures were performed, but the victim was pronounced dead at the scene.

Police have since identified the victim as 32-year-old Erik Safar, of Toronto.
