One person has died, say police, following a crash on Highway 401, near Kennedy Road, in Scarborough on Sunday night.
Ontario Provincial Police say the collision occurred at 7:40 p.m.
“We are still in the early stages of the investigation and continue to gather information,” they said in an email to CP24 on Sunday night.
Toronto Paramedic Services previously said that they transported an adult male to the hospital with serious, non-life threatening, injuries.
They also confirmed that one person was pronounced dead on scene.
They said that a third adult male was assessed at the scene, but was not transported to the hospital.
