Over 25,000 Paris concert-goers were disappointed yesterday when Amy Winehouse cancelled on a gig only two hours before she was slated to go on.

Winehouse said she was ill, and unable to travel to the appearance at the Rock en Seine festival.

This is the second year in a row that she's canceled on the festival, and organizers are threatening to sue.

Winehouse has been publically fighting drug and alcohol addiction for several years, and even sang about her struggle in her hit song "Rehab." She was caught smoking crack cocaine in footage released by London's The Sun newspaper in January.
