A man reportedly armed with a sawed-off shotgun held up a TTC ticket collector early Tuesday morning.
The incident happened at the Lawrence West subway station at about 1:30 a.m. Police say the suspect got some cash and took off, leaving a silver scooter behind at the front door of the station.
The canine unit combed the area but found no sign of the robber. The TTC booth attendant was not hurt.
