The suspected leader of a Toronto bicycle theft ring has pleaded guilty to possessing 10 stolen bicycles and six drug charges.

Igor Kenk has been sentenced to 30 months in jail, however due to time he’s served awaiting trail, he will serve four more months.

Kenk, who operated a used bike shop on Queen Street West, was arrested in July 2008.

In a series of subsequent raids of his rental garages, over 2,000 allegedly stolen bikes were seized. There were also a number of drug-related seizures. Kenk had been facing 80 charges.
