Two people have been transported to hospital – one with life-threatening injuries – following a stabbing in southwest Etobicoke Thursday evening.
It happened in the Foch and Jellicoe avenues area at around 6:30 p.m.
The circumstances surrounding the incident were not immediately clear.
One victim, a man, suffered life-threatening injuries, paramedics said. The second victim, whose gender was not immediately provided, sustained minor injuries.
A female suspect is currently in custody, police said.
Police continue to investigate.
