The man wanted in connection with the shooting at Osgoode subway station last month has turned himself in to police.

Curt John, 21, will appear in court on Monday morning after turning himself in to a northwest Toronto police station late last night with his lawyer. He faces 12 charges including attempted murder.

John is accused of firing three shots on the subway platform during the busy morning rush hour following a dispute on Jan. 22. 

A 19-year-old man was hit in his leg and abdomen.

John was also wanted on several other charges, including accessory to a murder in a shooting death in Toronto last July, charges related to an assault in November and those pertaining to a robbery and carjacking in January.
