Toronto police have charged one man and are seeking a second suspect in the shooting death of a 25-year-old woman.

Pamela Ariza was fatally shot in an apartment on Seeley Drive early Saturday morning, while a second woman suffered a non-life-threatening wound to the knee.

Toronto resident Andy Barrientos, 18, is charged with second-degree murder. A second suspect, 23-year-old Jeremy Sirur-Yee, is wanted for second-degree murder.

Sirur-Yee is described as black, 5'6", and 150 pounds with black hair worn in a medium afro or cornrows, police said.

He also has the word "Amirah" tattooed on his right forearm.

Police said he is to be considered armed and dangerous.
