TORONTO - As if "Twilight" fans needed another reason to pack theatres this weekend, members of the cast are planning surprise appearances at cinemas in Toronto and Vancouver as the vampire saga's third film premieres.

Cast members of "The Twilight Saga: Eclipse" will be appearing at theatres across the continent to introduce the film.

In Vancouver, someone from the film will be present at one of the screenings on Friday at the Scotiabank Theatre at 900 Burrard Street.

The promised Toronto appearance will happen sometime Sunday at the Scotiabank Theatre at 259 Richmond Street W.

The latest film grossed a staggering $68.5 million when it opened on Wednesday.

Based on the third novel in Stephanie Meyer's series, "Eclipse" revolves around a love triangle between vampire Edward Cullen (Robert Pattinson), werewolf Jacob Black (Taylor Lautner) and Bella Swan (Kristen Stewart).
