Police are searching for one suspect after a bank in Toronto’s Weston area was allegedly robbed at gunpoint late Monday afternoon.
The incident happened near St. Clair Avenue West and Weston Road.
Toronto police said they were called to that area at 4:43 p.m. for reports of a robbery at a financial institution.
Investigators said a suspect fled on foot. They are described as a male who was last seen wearing a dark green jacket with the hood up and dark pants.
Officers are searching the area.
No injuries have been reported.
