A pedestrian has been rushed to the hospital with serious, but non-life-threatening, injuries after being struck by the driver of a vehicle in Toronto’s west end late Monday afternoon, say police.

The collision happened near Bloor Street West and Dufferin Street.

Toronto police said they were called to that area shortly before 4:30 p.m.
