A 22-year-old man is dead following a car crash on Highway 401 in Mississauga Thursday night.
It happened on the westbound express lanes near Renforth Drive shortly before 8:30 p.m.
Ontario Provincial Police say a car, for unknown reasons, struck a street light pole in a median grass.
The driver was pronounced dead at the scene.
The crash is under investigation. Police are asking anyone with information to contact them at 905-858-8670.
