Police say a 37-year-old man who is alleged to have sexually assaulted eight women in the city’s downtown core last week may have other victims.

According to police, the suspect was walking northbound on University Avenue between Front Street and Queen Street West at around 7 p.m. on March 10.

As he walked up the street, police allege that the man approached women and sexually assaulted them.

Dwayne Brown, of Toronto, was arrested at around 7:15 p.m. that night and charged with eight counts of sexual assault and one count of assault.

Police say there may be other victims out there who have not yet come forward.
