A 42-year-old man has been charged following a fatal industrial accident in Mississauga Monday morning.
Peel police were called to a steel company in the Courtneypark Drive and Kennedy Road area after a man was pinned between a forklift and trailer at around 9:30 a.m.
The victim, believed to be in his 60s, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Peel police confirmed Monday night that a suspect had been charged in connection with the incident.
Joel Letford is charged with failure to remain causing death.
