TORONTO - One woman is dead and another is in hospital after a shooting incident in Toronto early this morning.
Police say the shooting occurred around 12:30 a.m. at a low-rise apartment near Keele Street and Sheppard Avenue in the city's northwest.
Police say one woman died on the scene while the second is recovering in hospital.
Police and forensics officials are investigating the shooting.
One man was taken into custody after the incident, but police say they are only questioning him.
