MEMPHIS, Tenn. - Canadian Milos Raonic's remarkable run continued at the Memphis ATP Tour event.

Raonic defeated Robert Kendrick of the United States 6-4, 3-6, 6-3 on Friday to advance to the semifinals.

Raonic once again turned to his hard serve to blow past an opponent. He fired 20 aces at Kendrick, who replied with just four.

The Thornhill, Ont., native will face No. 4 Mardy Fish, who beat defending champ Sam Querrey 6-3, 6-4.

Raonic earned his first tournament victory on the ATP Tour at the SAP Open last Sunday.

In women's play, No. 6 seed Rebecca Marino of Vancouver played Russia's Evgeniya Rodina in the semifinal.
