TORONTO - Canadian Milos Raonic has a career-best ATP Tour ranking despite losing Sunday in the final of a tournament in Memphis, Tenn.

The 21-year-old from Thornhill, Ont., was listed at No. 24 in the rankings Monday. He began the week at No. 35 and reached the final of the Regions Morgan Keegan Championships in Memphis, losing to Austrian Jurgen Melzer 7-5, 7-6 (4) on Sunday.

He reached his previous career-high of No. 25 on May 2 of 2011.

It marked the second straight year Raonic had reached the Memphis final, losing in 2011 to American Andy Roddick.

Melzer moved up 19 spots to No. 25 following his victory.

There were no changes in the top 10 with World No. 1 Novak Djokovic, Rafael Nadal, Roger Federer, Andy Murray leading the way.
