TORONTO - Toronto could get the first look when producers unmask the "Phantom of the Opera" sequel, "Love Never Dies."

A leaked casting notice published online by theatre magazine Playbill confirmed that the play would debut in an out-of-town tryout, "probably in Toronto, before opening on Broadway."

A spokesperson for Mirvish Productions, which would likely stage the show, had no comment.

According to the casting notice, the new Andrew Lloyd Webber-Glenn Slater musical will feature direction by Jack O'Brien, choreography by Jerry Mitchell and music supervision by Gareth Valentine.

The original "Phantom of the Opera" ran in Toronto from 1989 to '99.
