Police investigating crash in Scarborough

Investigators say a vehicle was speeding when it collided with another vehicle near Birchmount Road and Lawrence Avenue just before 8pm Friday night. The occupants then took off. Police say one person in the car that was hit was taken to hospital, and is expected to recover. Police say a gun has been recovered.
