Just before midnight on Saturday, officers were called to a home near Lorne Park and Garden Road for an attempted carjacking of a luxury vehicle. One person suffered minor injuries, and the suspects took off in an unknown vehicle. About a half hour later, a person showed up at a local hospital with a gunshot wound. Investigators are not yet sure if the incidents are connected.
